The 4-day LOT VALLEY FAIR is
back again in September 2005!
Well, it's all over now - and it was all great fun. Do read on to get a 'taste' of the Lot Valley and its markets, food, wine and crafts. And WATCH THIS SPACE as 2006 could well see London's third Lot Valley Fair. We look forward to seeing you.
It’s a French Market and Farmers Market rolled into one! Dozens of stallholders will be coming over direct from the Lot Valley in southern France, selling local specialities and their very own production of cheeses and pâtés, sausages, charcuterie, crafts, etc. And, YES, of course there’ll be winegrowers, too. So bring your shopping baskets.
In September 2004 the whole Lot Valley moved to central London for just 4 days to recreate their region in Covent Garden Piazza. Music, food, wine, crafts and holiday offers were all there to enjoy, taste and buy.
The great news is that several will be back again this year and there'll also be lots of new ones too. So, who's coming this year? Just click here for the list - but remember we're still updating it, so WATCH THIS SPACE!

The Lot Valley Fair is more than a French Market or Farmers Market. It is also a celebration of the culture, history and traditions of the rural South of France. Local musicians and performers will be coming over. And there will be cookery demonstrations too with a chance to taste (and buy) some of these local specialities. The programme will be posted on the website as soon as it's finalised. WATCH THIS SPACE!
Representatives of the five 'départements' (similar to a 'county') through which the River Lot flows will be happy to tell you all about the Lot Valley and to advise on the type of holidays and holiday activities available there.
